How We Shot This Video

We shot this video with a model PV-DV800D Panasonic Palmsight Mini-DV camcorder. Video was shot both freehand and from a tripod.

The footage we edited on a twin processor Apple PowerPC G4 800Mhz and edited in Final Cut Pro 3.02. The music for our first video was Rob Zombie’s “Demon Speeding” from his 2001 release of “Sinister Urge.”

In perpetration for release on the web, we used Discreet’s Cleaner 6.01 for Macintosh. HTML was generated on Adobe Golive 6.01. Content is streamed from Apple’s QuickTime Streaming Server. Server bandwidth is provided by Other World Computing.

The actual recording was easy. We just found a nice summer day, got together, and had at it! The day of the shoot was a lot of fun. Several additional days were spent editing the video. A couple of demos were shown to friends and family, and some last minute tweaks were made before releasing the footage on the web.
